The grin gradually faded from Shea's face as Kiara turned o regard him. Ok, so the first look of distain had been lost on him, but even he could pick up on the animosity of her second gaze as it was turned on him, before she'd even said anything. Why was she being like that, he'd only been trying to be nice to her, as he was to everyone. He knew that some people didn't like to talk too much but sheesh!
People such as yourselves? What did that mean? What was wrong with them, they were just two normal, nice people having a chat. Yet somehow this girl found something in that she didn't like.
Well the, Shea didn't like her either.
He turned back to Luna, shrugging, so that his back was to Kiara. "Where were we? Oh yeah, so! What colour flitter would you like, of all goes well, hmm?" He said, making no effort to lower his voice until his next line. "There's no queen egg, I'm afraid, so if someone attends they're gonna be disappointed," he said conspiratorially, with a flick of his eyes in Kiara's direction.

Luna had to try hard to keep the surprise off of her face when Shea asked her. Apparently he also didn't like Kiara and felt she needed someone to knock that ego down a bit. "Hmm, that's such a shame. Oh well, I'm certain if there was actually someone worthy of a queen around there would have been one lain." Luna made sure to keep her attention on Shea even though she wanted to see how Kiara would react. "It doesn't matter which color I get, I could never be so petty as to declare a certain color for myself. I'll be happy to have which ever color thinks me worthy enough to stay by its side." part of Luna hoped she wasn't being too blunt in the statement, but the rest of her didn't care as long as it knocked the haughty smile off her face.

No queen egg? What was the dimglow talking about now? The clutch hadn't even been laid on the sands yet so how could he know that there wasn't a queen egg? Besides, Ariseth was bound to lay a queen, especially seeing as this was most likely going to be her last ever clutch and Kiara was going to be Standing for it. There'd better be a queen egg! Not for the sake of the Weyr, but Kiara didn't want to have to continue doing such filthy chores until there was a queen egg she could Stand for. If Skyline went under well, or dear. What a shame. she could just go to one of the Northern Weyrs and Impress one of their queen eggs. It was bad enough to be at this runt of a place anyway, that was all sad about riders being killed by beasts. Boo hoo, a few riders and their dragons had died. The event hadn't affected her personally so why should she care? So long as the beasts that had been described stayed away she had nothing to worry about.
Oh, so they were talking about flitter eggs. Kiara huffed quietly to herself. Noisy, loud, unhelpful little tailforks flitters were. Got in the way, made a mess and were more care than was worthwhile. A gold she could perhaps stand, seeing as they were the most important but even then she wasn't that bothered about it. And who did that other candidate think she was?! If anyone was unworthy of a dragon, let alone a queen it would be that average little girl over there. Tailfork.
Speaking of loud, noisy little flits a dull green one suddenly burst into the caverns, squawking loudly in a voice that echoed off the walls of the Hot Springs. Inca swirled and dove in te air, waiting for her pet to hurry her behind down the stairs and give her a bath! She needed a bath! As soon as the curvy form of Mia appeared rushing down the steps Inca chirruped loudly and then dove. Her wings flattened to her sides, the green firelizard plunged like an arrow into the water, somewhere in the middle of the pool. She surfaced again to splash about sending water flying everywhere as Mia reached the bottom of the steps. With much loud encouragement from Inca already in the water, Mia hastily followed in the moment she was ready. She entered the water with quite a splash as she half jumped half stepped into the springs, arms out stretched to grab hold of Inca. Inca however, leapt out of the water and out of reach causing Mia t flail wildly in the water. "Oh shard it! Go on then, shoo!" she called up to the flit now hovering above her head. "Seeing as you don't want your bath I'll just have to come and speak to these lovely people over here!" she teased, wading over to Shea and Luna. She's briefly encountered Kiara in the past and would probably have tried to make friends with her again had the other girl not been glaring viciously at Inca. And had she not insulted Sorbeth the last time they'd met. She was not a misshapen ugly wher-turned-dragonet! Granted she wasn't perfect in her conformation but there was no need to be like that. So instead, she turned her attentions to the other two people she had yet to meet. A warm smile on her face she nodded to them, tucking strands of her black hair behind her ears as she did so. "Hey there! I'm Mia, of green Sorbeth. It's nice to meet you! I'm sorry if Inca's a bit loud and disturbed you," she added, gesturing to the flit who had once again splashed down into the water, this time in front of Mia and asking for a scratching.

Luna was surprised when the green flitter suddenly appeared. As she watched it swoop and dive around the hot springs she struggled to keep from giggling. When the little green flit dove into the water she couldn't hold her laughter in any more. Luna looked up at the girl who had just come in. "It's alright, I think Inca is really cute." Luna let out another giggle as Inca splashed down into the water. "It's nice to meet you too Mia. My name is Luna."

Shea nodded, again. Luna certainly had a good outlook on Impression; focussing on one colour in particular would often frighten away another dragon better suited to the person in question. He'd seen it with several females that would have made excellent green riders had they only opened their minds to the little ones. Flitters were less choosy, of course, but still, aggressive or displeased thoughts did nothing to attract them. Think happy thoughts, like sweetrolls and fluffy white clouds is what he'd always told those with an eye to Impress one of Dawn's offspring. I think I was more stunned that anything when Dawn chose me; I'd have never thought I'd Impress a metallic, I was only hoping for a blue or some such," he admitted with mock shock.
The plop from behind him made Shea jump, making his own ploshing noise. "Ah, hello there cutie" he said as the green flapped about in the water, raising an arm to protect his face from projectile droplets. "This little bundle of joy is yours, I assume?" he said as Mia surfaced from her entrance which had been just about as gracious as his own.
"Pff, she's not disturbing anyone, I think she's kinda cute too. I'm Shea, by the way, Beast Jorneyman, nice to meet you," he said, extending his hand as of to shake Mia's. "Where did you get ... Inca?... from then?"

Tickling Inca's soft hide as the flit splashed gently about in the water, Mia grinned back at the other two. Inca crooned her appreciation at the compliments, as well as the attention but Mia knew that before too long the green would be paying little attention to the other two. Such was her finicky nature - she liked something then she didn't. Made feeding times a nightmare. Pausing in rubbing Inca Mia shook Shea's hand firmly. "It's nice to meet you Shea. and you too Luna," she added, nodding to the candidate. "I'm glad she's not disturbing you, she can be a little loud. It wouldn't come as a surprise to me if she had." Inca proved her pet's point by batting water over Mia with a loud cheep. Wiping the water from her eyes and splashing the flitter back (To which Inca loudly disapproved) she answered Shea's question. "I bought her a few turns ago at a Gather. Living in a Weyr I always wanted a dragon but wasn't a candidate, so I figured that a fire-lizard would be the next best thing. Never guessed that I'd end up at Skyline though. Even less did I think that I'd Impress to Sorbeth." The weyrling smiled fondly at the thought of her life long partner, her face gaining the dreamy expression it frequently had as she reminisced to the 7 months back when Izith's clutch had hatched. Sorbeth was just as wonderful know as she had been then. Loud squawking brought her back down to Pern as Inca reminded her they were here for her bath, and pointed out indignantly that Mia had stopped rubbing her clean. "So, do either of you have a fire-lizard?" she asked out of curiosity as she resumed cleaning Inca's dull green hide.

OOC;; I'ma be mentioning Cassie a bit and her lurvly little firelizard Sky I will be playing even though I don't have their profile up yet. Hope that's alright D:
Why had she agreed to this? Really? She should really learn to say no, but then when Cassie gives her the look she really gives her the look.
Wide chocolate brown eyes stared up at her in earnest, small hands pulled at her own larger and slender hands.
"Please, please, please can you give Sky a bath?" The younger girl begged, dark brown hair nearly white with spilled flour. The elder gulped and looked around the kitchen, noting how it just seemed very white today and in the middle of it all a white firelizard happily flapped about in the powder, whistleing his contentment.
"W-well why can't you give him a bath? You're in need of one as well!" she retorted, Cassie grimaced.
"I know, I know. But I can take mine later, I have to help clean up first. Plus a bath will help keep that blue demon out of trouble." Cassie replied, rolling her eyes as the blue, white now, came squawking over. "Please Caroline?"
Caroline, Caro, sighed and glanced at Sky who looked back at her with whirling green eyes. She really didn't want to go to the baths. There might be others there and she was really self-conscious. But the eyes...
"Fine..." Caro murmured, quickly scooping up the firelizard in her arms.
"Yay, thank you!" Cassie said, clapping her hands together. As Caro turned away to walk to the hot springs, Cassie called after her, "And don't put on your work clothes again till their washed too! Wear your Gather dress!"
Caro just nodded as Sky took off from her arms, flapping ahead of her excited at the prospect of a bath.
Caro sighed once more and glanced up at the grayish blue firelizard. At least most of the flour had come off as he flew about, so there wouldn't be a doughy mess in the springs and she had managed to splash some water on him when she was cleaning her clothes. But still... it'd be best to rinse him off once more... which meant catching him before he dove into the springs. Lovely.
Sighing again, Caro glanced down at her now clean work clothes and shook her head. She was wearing her work clothes again, since she really didn't want to go around wearing her dress, so she went ahead and washed her clothes first managing to find some usable water. She knew why her friend had asked her to do this, she really did. It was because Caro had be busy with various tasks people asked her to do and by the time night fall came, she was far too tired to even think of a bath. Not to mention she had candidate chores to do too. Really, she was far too nice.
Caro let her light blue saphire eyes look up toward the twirling firelizard and thought of how it would be best to catch him. Probably better if she just called him, "Sky, come here."
The firelizard turned to regard the light honey blond haired girl, he liked her. She was a friend of His. But that didn't necessarily mean he'd listen to her. Sky chirped at her, a chirp Caro took to mean 'no' and then flew away down the steps heading to the spring without her. Really, these two-legged creatures were so slow. He didn't understand why they didn't grow wings like himself.
Caro blew a stray strand of hair out of her face in frustration. Silly firelizard, she was trying to do this for his own good! Grumbling Caro hurried down the steps just a bit faster, tugging at the messy braid she had put her hair in. Sky meanwhile had appeared in the springs, though much quieter than Inca had, and immediately dove into the water, happy that the rest of the white powdery stuff came off. Coming to the surface, Sky happily paddled about until he saw a green firelizard surrounded by three other people. He was instantly curious, so he paddled closer, chirping at the green.
Caro meanwhile, had gotten to the end of the steps and froze. Shards. Just Shards. There were people. In the springs. Three of them. She. Did. Not. Want. To. Go. In. There.
Ugh! Self-conscious fail! she screamed at herself. There were people in there... they could probably clean Sky... Her work clothes were clean anyway... Just as she was beginning to back away quietly, Sky seeming to sense her throughts, chirped angrily at her and splashed loudly. Apparently he wanted to be cleaned by Caro and at the moment only Caro. Great. Now everyone had probably noticed her. Oh and look there's Kiara, this was just turning into a dandy little hot spring adventure wasn't it? (Four people now, she was counting. Caro would make five.)
Mentally smacking herself on the head Caro stepped forward hesitantly, her left hand coming over to hold her right arm just above her elbow. Pink littered her cheeks as she kept her eyes firmly glued to the nearby wall. She really didn't want to undress in front of these... people. But... the water... it looked so inviting, almost as if it was calling her name. She really hadn't had a good soak in a while...
Caro mentally shook her head. No. She did not want to get into that water with other people all around. Sky squawked and hissed at her, wanting her to get in the water to clean him but Caro just shot a glare at the flitter. Really! He had no respect for emotional difficulties! Caro knew he knew about those difficulties because Cassie knew and so Sky knew, stupid mind links. But he still didn't care! Curse firelizards and the fact that they hardly understand human emotions except the really basic even when the emotions are explained very plainly to them by Theirs.
With these thoughts shifting around in her head, Caro shifted nervously feeling dimglowed for standing there, doing nothing, and kept her eyes firmly on the wall while Sky's eyes began to whirl red. Oh, he was going to attack her in a minute and force her in the water yes he was, but Caro refused to let the flitter win and decided then and there she would stay in this spot for as long as possible, yes she would!
OOC;; I like her ;D I had to force myself to stop typing lol

(bleh, quick failpost for ya)
"I don't think anyone thought they'd end up here. I only got in on a whim." He mock grimaced. "Well I'm here now, and there's no going back. So you Impressed here then? Why don't I remember you, I was at that hatching," he puzzled over that for a second, until Mia asked her own question.
"Me? Yeah, I've got one, but she's not here now cause she's being grumpy, but I'm sure you can meet her when the eggs have all gone." He thought back to that. He'd already promised to send a third of the clutch over to the hold, and a couple to the Dolphin Hall in between Hold and Weyr, but there were still plenty to go around for the Weyr. Even though there was no queen egg in this clutch, he'd keep most of the larger eggs back, just because he wanted to see who they went to.
Then a blue appeared, paddling over to nose at Inca. "Hello there, little one. Where did you come from?"

Luna shook her head. "No, I don't have one of my own." Luna turned back to look at Inca. She really did hope she could impress to a firelizard. It was then that Luna saw the blue flit fly in. She watched it for a second then looked around to see if it too had come along with someone. Luna looked over towards the entrance and saw a girl standing near the wall.
She looked like she wanted to go into the water and at the same time didn't. It took Luna a second but she realized that the girl was also a bit unsure of bathing with so many people. Luna got up from the rock she was on and made her way over to the girl while making sure her body stayed under the water. She made it to where her things were and covered herself with something. Luna then got out, grabbed the extra bit to cover up with and brought it over to the girl.
She held it up to her while looking away, knowing that it was always uncomfortable being stared at. "Here, you can cover yourself with this if you want. The hot spring is also deep enough so it can go up all the way to your neck if you don't want to be seen. It's also why I was sitting in the deep end." Luna kept her eyes on a farther bit of wall till the girl was comfortable and covered in the cloth. "My name's Luna, by the way."

Inca's attention was instantly snapped away from Mia at the appearance of the blue flitter. Her pet was boring the moment that there was someone new. However, it appeared that Mia wasn't about to let her paddle off. The weyrling had secured the green round her middle and the moment that Inca opened her mouth to complain in her usual loud fashion Mia closed it with her thumb and forefinger. Inca hissed her protests and batted Mia's hand with her wings, glaring at her pet. How dare she! She was bored of her bath for the moment! Writhing in Mia's grip she tried to free herself but to no avail. Mia apparently wasn't going to let go. "You dragged me down here for a bath in the first place. So you're getting said bath," she reprimanded. Inca eventually stopped thrashing, deciding it wasn't worth the effort to keep resisting hers. Besides, the blue was coming over now.
Mia didn't let go of Inca's mouth till she was sure that she would be quiet. Well, quiet for her. Inca's quiet was someone else's loud as a general rule. What had she done to get herself such a loud mouth of a fire-lizard? Well, Sorbeth didn't seem to mind. In fact, her dragon argued that at least they'd not lose Inca easily. Mia sometimes joked that she wished they could, but wouldn't really trade away her little monster for anything. However, she did wish she could tone her down ever so slightly in the volume. And possibly the flirting too, seeing as she was now crooning sweetly at Sky. Mia swore that if she was human she'd be battering her eye lids at him. Seeing as Inca was well and truly distracted by Sky, Mia gave up trying to get her to cooperate for a bath. So she looked around for whoever had accompanied Sky. It seemed to her that fire-lizards didn't accompany people. It was the other way round from what she'd observed half the time. And certainly if Inca was anything to go by. Not that she should be used as an example. Well, maybe a bad one. Bless the green.
She would have gone over to greet Caroline, but it seemed that Luna had beaten her to it. So she flicked her attention to Shea. "Maybe you'll remember my dragon then? She's hard to forget," Mia asked, thinking of the distinctive bright hide. "Green Sorbeth. She was one of the last to hatch. You can't miss her, she's got the amazingly bright green hide, and the yellowy blaze and 3 socks. Bowled a couple of other candidates over in her determination to get to me. Not many forget who she is once they've seen her."
((Would RP Kiara but it's late, and this was just whilst I upload the CDs I'm borrowing to iTunes. =/))

Sky turned whirling eyes to the two-legged creature that had spoken to him and chirped, tail coming out of the water to lash in Caro's direction as an explanation. Then he turned back toward the girl, hissed again and prepared to launch himself out of the water at her when another one of the two-legged creatures moved.
So intent on the wall was Caro, I mean that wall was interesting just rock, grayness and... more rock, that she didn't notice when the other girl moved until she was in front of her speaking and holding out a bit of cloth. Pink quickly turned to red as Caro hesitantly took the cloth and undressed, out of the other's sight mind you(thankfully the girl in front of her was averting her eyes), and wrapped her body in the matieral. She quietly folded her clothes and set them aside with her boots. She really couldn't refuse when she was being helped so kindly could she? She just hoped the girl didn't mind the cloth getting wet while she waded over to the deep end. At least there's only one guy, she had walked in here once when there were at least ten! Caro shivered at the thought, Bad memories...
"Thank you." Caro murmured, her voice warm like the spring wind. Caro tipped her head to the side as she heard the name, Lune. She knew a Luna didn't she? Oh, yes! She was another candidate! One from the last Hatching too! Perhaps this bath wouldn't be so bad after all. Except for Kiara. "I'm Caroline."
Red still littering her cheeks, Caro gave a hesitant smile her light saphire eyes softening for just a moment before they became guarded once more. She quietly walked over to the edge of the spring and sat down, slim legs dangeling in the hot water. Before she got in, Caro turned to look back at the other girl, her smile now slightly playful as humor danced in her eyes, "I hope you don't mind this getting wet. Because it's going to."
Then she slipped into the water, letting a blissful sigh escape her lips. Really, springs were amazing. Immersing herself up to her collar bone, legs bent in a slight crouch, Caro unwrapped herself from the cloth and brought said cloth out of the water. She then folded it neatly like her clothes and set it on the edge of the spring right where she could find it. Smiling her at Luna again, Caro floated toward Sky, whose whirling red eyes had turned slightly green at Inca's attentions. The little twit was obviously basking under the green'd attentions, chirping and crooning at her as well. Caro rolled her eyes as she ended next to him and eyed the green? Didn't she know this flit? Yes, yes she did. The green was Mia's, another candidate from the Turn before. Mia had Impressed a green, Sorbeth if Caro remembered correctly.
"Behave." Caro muttered at Sky who had suddenly racknowledged her presence and flew on top of her head, chirping urgently at letting her know it was way past bath time for him.
"Alright, alright, jsut get off my head." Caro replied, and Sky promptly plopped into the water again, crooning happily as His' friend sent to work. Cao looked up to peer at Mia and decided to greet her.
"Nice to see you again Mia. How's Sorbeth doing?" she asked, then added with a wry grin, "Inca seems to be doing fine." Caro was not a super shy person, she just disliked human contact. Getting in a bath with a whole bunch of others was what she considered human contact. Weirdly. Which was why earlier, as soon as her human contact issue was pushed away she was able to pull off a full 180-degree turn. Caro vaguely remembered talking to Luna and Mia at least once, even if they didn't remember her, Mia was harder to forget because of Inca. You just didn't forget Inca. Kiara... Kiara you didn't forget because she was Kiara. Plus, Caro just didn't like Kiara and tried to steer clear, but when she was around Kiara, like now, she just couldn't resist messing with the high-strung girl. Caro was always tugging at Kiara up on her throne, waiting for the day when she fell.
A slightly evil glint appeared in her eyes as she glanced at the raven haired girl, a hint of a malicious smile tugging at the corner of her lips. This should be fun, but perhaps she should have kept the piece of cloth with her, Kiara was bound to use her self-consciousness against her if anything did get started. Oh well, live and learn. As Caro washed Sky, an uncomfortable feeling welled up in her stomach and she grimaced slightly. She hated this feeling, it let her know just how much she really disliked human contact.
OOC;;It's fine ^_^

Luna smiled when the girl thanked her but made sure to keep looking away till she was covered. "You're welcome." Luna turned and slipped back into the water right after Caroline. She remembered meeting her once but it had been a quite a while ago. As she followed behind Caroline she made sure not to get too close. It would be to awkward rub up against anyone in the hot spring. As she joined the group again she felt a shiver run down her spine. Luna looked over to Kiara then quickly turned back. She was starting to get a bad feeling.

He was surprised when Luna stood up and wandered off without a word, turning in the water to see where she went. Oh, someone else at the door? How was he missing all these people arriving? Well, the same way that he missed most things that didn't happen with a bang and 20 metre blast cloud to alert him as to its presence, he supposed. He just wasn't very good at observation.
He puzzled over that until Mia asked him a question. He thought back for a second, running through a mental list of dragonets that could have fitted Mia's description; it didn't take long.
"Oh, Sorbeth! The, ahem," he cleared his throat, "luminous dragonet. Yes, I remember her now, how could I forget? I didn't see who some of the later dragonets' Impressed to, though, someone rather annoyingly stood in front of me. I hate it when that happens," he said with a shrug. "Bowled a few over, did she? Obviously knew who she was after," he said with a grin. "How's Weyrling training going? I should think it's a bit strange not having a fixed Weyrlingmaster at the moment." he grimaced at the reason, regretting what he'd said immediately.
Before long - well a few seconds later - Luna reappeared wit the newcomer At first Shea wondered why she still had her towel around her when she got in, but realised that maybe she was shy. He personally had never really had that particular problem, so sometimes he missed it in others. That and many other people skills that he apparently lacked.
She greeted Mia, obviously remembering her from elsewhere, maybe candidacy or from the general hatching gossip, but all but ignored Shea. He was a bit put out by that, but mentally shrugged it off. But she seemed to know Mia, somehow, had thanked Luna, and was currently glaring mischievously - yes, an expression that Shea could actually identify, all too well - at Kiara; all things considered, she seemed like a good person to Shea, and that as what counted. He'd have to make the first move instead.
But before he could do anything the companionable quiet and chatter - apart from Kiara, of course - was wrecked by the appearance of an irate flitter betweening straight into the baths, screeching her impatience for all to hear. From where she came out she dived right past Kiara, screeching at a pitch that would wake a canine in the South before swooping a round of the cavern. Shea, knowing what was coming a mere fraction of a second before the racket started, muttered an "uh-oh" before slowly sinking himself under the surface of the steaming waters. It didn't work, however, as the irate queen finished her rounds and came to hover directly above where Hers' head had been, landing very matter-of-factly on his head an inch or two under the water, croning satisfactorily before finally shutting up. Shea not being able to sigh as he was underwater, stood up slowly so as not to dislodge the gold clinging to the various knots in his hair. He wiped the water from his eyes.
"Everyone, this is Dawn. Excuse her, she's broody. She's not usually this loud." Even though she'd now shut up her screeching, the gold was still attempting to retain her dignity, perched precariously upon Hers's head. In the areas where she was wet, her white stripes only showed up the more on the darkened gold parts.

Mia chuckled. "Yes, luminous is one way you could put it. I wonder if you put her in a dark room, do you think she'd light it up?" she asked with a playful smile. "I'd like to be able to tell you who it was that Impressed to who but Sorbeth had food on her mind and not even Thread would've been able stop her getting to the food," she added wistfully. "She's can be so single minded. Still, at least she likes Inca." Inca squawked at the mention of her name. "If you weren't so tone deaf Inca you wouldn't be so bad, you know that?" she told the flit. She'd not even realised you could get tone deaf flits. Still, she had one. Evidently they existed. Inca was living proof of that. Loud living proof at that. "Training's been as good as it can get really. Though what happened's really shook it up. Still, we can't blame everyone," she said quietly. The loss of so many riders was deeply sorrowful, and the young rider to be was quite badly hurt. She'd known a fair few of the riders who'd not returned. And had helped to care for a lot who had then succumbed to the strange poisoning.
Inca was distinctly put out that Sky had abandoned her. So when he plopped back into the water she didn't even bat an eyelid at him. Not interested. No, her bath was more interesting now. Especially now that her Pet had found the itch under her wing and was scrubbing it comfortably with her fingers.
Mia looked up at the sound of her name, having been distracted by Inca's need of a good scrub. Her face lit up when she recognised it was Caroline. How'd she not recognised her before?! "Caro! It's great to see you again! Sorbeth's doing fine, but how about yourself? I don't remember you having a flit, where'd you get him?" She'd not been able to see the other girl very often at all, what with caring for the rapidly growing Sorbeth and all of her weyrling lessons. Although it wasn't so hectic now as it had been not that long ago. Lack of organised lessons and all that.
Loud shrieks filled the cavern as Dawn appeared, and before Mia could grab her Inca had taken off and was fluttering about up near the roof adding her own voice to the racket. Trying to out sound the queen. Mia doubted that was about to go down well. She murmered a greeting to Shea's gold before calling up to Inca, ordering her down. she was of course ignored as Inca swirled about overhead, still screeching and dripping water off her body into the springs and onto people's heads. Including Kiara's...
Well the absolute sheer rudeness of it all! She'd been lying there, eyeing the newly arrived Caroline coolly and contemplating 'greeting' her, when this loud, horrific creature had suddenly dive-bombed her! The sheer cheeck of that queen! THIS was why she didn't have a flitter. They were loud, they were undignified, they were disobedient, they were messy, they were... well, she could continue the list. But that wasn't about to discontinue to deafening sounds of that ugly little green. The one that belonged to Mia. Well, no wonder then. She began to march over. Then adopted swimming when she remembered it was impossible to march in a dignified manner when in water. "Can neither of you control your creatures?" She demanded when she'd crossed the distance. A distance, that to Mia, was far to short. "That beast," Kiara continued, glaring and pointing at Dawn. "Very nearly just scalped me! And that one!" Now she was pointing at the still cawing Inca. "Is about as much use as that wher of yours! Good only for their hides!" Mia was shocked. Really, totally and utterly shocked. Sorbeth was no wher! She just stared blankly at Kiara, ignoring Inca as she swooped down to scold Kiara before fleeing out of Dawn's reach. Still chittering.

Luna was surprised once more when dawn suddenly appeared. She certainly wasn't expecting to be bathing with so many flitts. Luna smiled and looked at Dawn in awe, she had never seen a gold flitter so close before. "Hello Dawn. You are so beautiful. I wish I had a flit like you." She really did hope she was able to get a flit.
Luna had begun to laugh when Inca flew around the hot springs. She thought how the flitters all acted was really cute. Her enjoyment watching them all was cut off when Kiara stormed over. Just as Kiara finished Luna snapped, this girl had just crossed the line. Luna got up and stood between Kiara and everyone else. "Speaking of hides, how about I skin yours." Luna cracked her knuckles as she glared at Kiara. It always took awhile to make Luna angry, but when she did she got scary.
